Contemporary artist, Jacquelyn Fox,will be a featured artist at the "SpringArt Reception" for the Allied Artists OfThe Santa Monica Mountains &Seashore.

The interpretive nature of her work createsa sense of intimate nostalgia with the viewer.Her vibrant Acrylic Landscapes, Florals, andStill Lifes hang in private collections throughoutthe country.

A native Californian, she approaches eachcanvas as she does life − with adventure andexuberance! A colorist who favors restrainedtexture, her dynamic brush−strokes and gentlepalate knife application offer vibrancy, texture,and dimension to the viewer.

Having been a successful photographerand studio owner, her experiences contributeto the focus, clarity, discipline and vision ofher paintings today.A member of several art groups includingAllied Artists Of The Santa Monica Mountains& Seashore, Jacquelyn paints regularly with

other contemporary artists. "I alsolove to visit art galleries and museumswhen time permits," sheadded. Her travels domesticallyand abroad inspire and inform herart, while it is in her L.A. studio thatthe magic happens!
